I was so curious about who was the 1st $10,000 winner on the big wheel. Can you send me a picture of the first ever $10,000 winner on the big wheel on The Price is Right. Plus my memories about Rod Roddy is that he had a great voice for an announcer and I would like to have a voice like him.

I would like to give my deepest sympathy to the family of Rod Roddy. He has been the greatest announcer since Johnny Olson. I will miss him. Also I would like if The Price is Right would come back on reruns. This being the #1 gameshow in history should have the reruns on instead of all those new gameshows that are not necessary.

Thanks

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Rod Roddy, who passed away earlier this week.Like Johnny Olson before him,Rod was just as much a part of the show's success and I enjoyed hearing him and Johnny say COME ON DOWN!.It's been 18 years since Johnny Olson passed away and now Rod's gone, too.I will never forget hearing their voices and seeing their faces.Great site on a great show and to Johnny and Rod,R.I.P.you will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the friends and family who knew Rod Roddy. I think he was like Johnny Olsen, but in a different way. I believe the words "Come on down!" will never die even though Johnny and Rod have. Keep going, Bob.

Will Burton Richardson replace Rod Roddy? Who will be replacing Heather Kozar & Nikki Ziering? And where's Janice Pennington, the queen of Barker's Beauties?

Just hearing Johnny Olson's voice made my day. Nothing against Rod, but Johnny was the greatest announcer in the history of television. Hearing these clips is like a time machine. It's summer 1978, and I'm seven years old all over again!

I enjoy the Price is Right,
BUT why do young men think they have
to "BOB" BOB BARKER to death.
example: I BID $1000.00, "BOB"
I GOING FOR THE CAR "BOB"
LIKE IT'S BOB BOB BOB BOB BOB
what? do you think that is going to make
you get in better with Mr. Barker.
I find the military boys do it the most,
followed by College kids.
anyhow take care but ease up on overuse
of "BOB"

Hi. You got a really great website. I am still a fan of the popular gameshow. I was watching TPIR since the mid 70's. I actully like older pricing games better because since 1994 newer pricing games were so boring. The only games that are good are It's In The Bag & Triple Play but the rest are boring. Older pricing games are alot better and have a classic touch in then like Plinko, Dice Game & Clock Game just to name a few. Again, good site.

Great site! I've been a PIR fan since I was 2! My favorite pricing game is PLINKO! I think On the Spot, Joker, Clearance Sale, and Pick-a-number should be retired.

HI there

The webpage is amazing and it's nice to see how it was back in the early days. Much better than today. Today the show has too many games and the new games are really dull. Those from the 70's and 80's are nice.

Even if I don't remember much Johnny Olson, he was a very good anouncer and I am glad that Rod's voice and style is VERY close to Johnny's. I was stunned when I listened to your samples of Johnny Olson, how his voice and "style" is close to Rod's. It's like they never changed anouncers.

Thank You

I watched the show since I was born ( 1977 ) and I love the show, however, I am a bit dissapointed after reading through your game directory that they retired some nice and original 1970's games and replaced them with new ones that are not even comparable with the old ones.

Your website is amazing and I would also like that the game show network would play those reruns from the early days of the show ( 1970's ) It's nice to see the differences.

It would be cool if we could actually download some complete shows from your webpage. I mean early days shows.

Good work and keep it up.
