We are pleased to invite you to a workshop on Zen meditation. During this workshop you will be introduced to the practice and principles of Zen meditation. There will be instruction, two periods of zazen, walking meditation and then questions and answers will follow.
Zen practice is not quiet meditation. It is a dynamic and challenging way to become
focussed, clear, to harness abilities and to enjoy each moment of your everyday life.
No matter what situation presents itself, you can return to a peaceful place in the storm.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a cushion and an open heart.
