Hi Snoopers, as you can see, I'm still having trouble getting my van parked. I wish I could be more help with this mystery, but I'll have to leave it up to you. You're doing a great job so far.  Your teachers have nothing but good things to say about what you are doing!

...onto Week 3...

We have more things to discuss...about the happenings in this week's show, how your xylophone worked and the telephone system you will be making.

Snooper's Thoughts:
My telephone worked better with two cans that are the same size. If the string was not tight enough the sound didn't come through very good.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the sounds are coming from the vents. I think it is a tape deck that is making the sounds. My xylophone worked good, it made different sounds by the amount of water in each glass.

Snooper's Thoughts:
The thick string worked better for me. I tried thin string and wire and neither of them worked.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the masked person was the janitor because it seemed like he didn't want the theatre to close down. I think the voices are coming from behind the air vents. I think the janitor is the prime suspect in this mystery. I think the theatre should not be sold because most of the people in the story want the theatre kept the way it was. I was able to play tunes on the water xylophone. The tunes came out clear and easy to recognize.

Snooper's Thoughts:
The wire and paper cups work best for me. It is not always easy to do an experiment. The tin cans had plastic coating, the wire had kinks and it was hard to remeber how the sounds were.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the masked man was someone who didn't want them to buy the theatre. I think the voices are coming through the vents. The theatre has probably been there a hundred years so it shouldn't be a garage.I liked playing my xylophone. It sounded good.

Snooper's Thoughts:
The first phone worked the best. The thinner the string the easier it was to hear.

Tristan
Snooper's Thoughts:
I had fun making the phone. It worked best when i used thinner string.

Snooper's Thoughts:
My telephone worked out great. It worked best when I shortened the string and had two cans. It did not work when I added another can to it because I could not hear the third person and only the middle person could hear me and the third person and could the middle person could speak to us. I think it would work out best if you made it with wire string.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I tried the telephone with yarn and thin rope. They both worked.

The thin rope worked best.

Both strings worked.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think that the Janitor Pops is the one doing the haunting. The reason I think it is Pops is because he doesn't want the theater to close/shutdown.
I also think that it was Pops who was behind the mask.
I think that some of the noises are coming from the pigeons, the circular stairs, the air vents, and air pipes.
I also wonder if we're ever going to see Ms. Gewertz. I don't think so.
On my water xylophone I played 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.' It came out really clear and in tune.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the masked person was the lawyer and I think he went through a trap door on the bottom of the box.

I think the voices are coming from the restraunt and the TV repear shop through the air pipes and out the air vents.

I think the prime suspect in this mystery is the lawyer.

I think the idia to build a parking in the theatre is just silly. Because it's crazy to make a parking garage in a theatre!

Yes. But I didn't have enough glasses in my home so I did it on the internet.

The xylophone I made on the internet worked out just perfect.

Snooper's Thoughts:
My telephone worked ok. I didn't have wire but I think the sound would go better through wire than string.

Snooper's Thoughts:
The telephone worked with string, but not with yarn.

Snooper's Thoughts:
The masked man can only be the janitor or Nick. All the others were there when he came. The voices are probably coming from the air vents. I think it is a shame to wreck the old theatre. I was able to play a tune but it was not great.

Snooper's Thoughts:
Now I think that the person that is haunting the theater is actually trying to save the theater because in the last episode, (even though I did not see the beginning, I saw the end) the guy in the mask said "Von Vanishing shall not be forgotten".
I think that there was a trap door under the box and when the guy went in the box. He went through the trap door so no one could find him. I think the voices are coming from the pipes and the air vents. I think the suspect is Nick in the mystery. No, I have not been thinking of the theater being sold for a parking garage. I was able to play something on the xylophone it is one of the song's I play on the piano. It is one of the songs from the Nutcraker. The xylophone I made worked out great but at the end I was banging to hard and chipped one of my moms crystal glass.

Snooper's Thoughts:
Both the string and the fishing line worked.
The string worked better.
Nothing really went wrong.
Snooper's First Name:
Rosemary
Snooper's Thoughts:
I think Nick is the prime suspect because every time he is there he goes away then something happens in his absence. I also think he may be related to Von Vanishik and that's why he is trying to stop the sale of the theatre. He knows his boss is going to rip it down to build a parking lot and he doesn't want that to happen.
The sound is coming from the air vents from the 24 hour greasy spoon next door.
I was able to do lots of songs on the xylophone. It was fun.

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think its the janitor. Everytime something happens he is around. He is around the same age as the magician would be now.
Snooper's First Name:
Tristan
Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the janitor is pretending to be the ghost. He always seems to be around when something fishy is happening.
Snooper's First Name:
Quenton
Snooper's Thoughts:
I really don't like the salesman because he just wants to tear down the theatre and think the theatre should be saved. Whoever is haunting the theatre doesn't want it torn down either.
Snooper's First Name:
Tegan
Snooper's Thoughts:
I think that Nick is doing the haunting. In the first episode Nick insulted his boss (Mr.Malacaster) by calling him a “nut case” then he lied and said to Mr.Malacaster “nothing like a fruit cake after lunch”. When Nick hurried to find Josephine he tripped and fell on a chair. He moved the chair so it was on an angle, then when the lights were flashing and the suitcase moved it went under the chair. If Nick hadn’t moved it the suitcase would have crashed in to the chair instead of going right under it. Also he has a motive, I don’t thinks he likes to be bossed around especially not by a “nut case”.

I did the xylophone and played "Alouette"
I think it was very mean of Mr.Malacaster to lie to Josephine. I think the vocies are coming form the air vents and the air pipes
Does any one know what S.N.O.O.P.S stands for?

Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the masked person was the janitor and he went to the s.n.o.o.p.s. headquarters. I think the voices are coming from the air vent. The janitor is the prime suspect. I dont think very much about the theatre being razed and replaced with a parking garage. I managed to play a tune on my zylophone. The zylophone I made worked out very well.
Snooper's First Name:
Riordan
Snooper's Thoughts:
I think the masked person was the janitor i think that he went to the bathroom because in the room there were sinks and mirrors like a bathroom i think the voices are coming from the pigeons and the air vents i think the prime suspect is the janitor because when the masked person was there the only person that was not there was the janitor i think that the masked person does not want the theatre being sold in order to build a parking garage i was able to play London Bridge is falling down on the glasses it worked out fine
