Glad to hear from you. Did not know you were in California. I lived in LA County for over 15 years.
Worked in LA area for various firms and retired from Western Mutual in 1996. At the time you were at
the Bush was some crazy times. Glad you survived.

Hey Clark Helzer,

Yeah, I not only had the "pleasure" or being assigned to the Bush, but being on your Honest John crew and sharing some other good times as well. Great to know that you're retired and golfing. Me? Been retired (DoD civilian) going on ten years now, living what's left of the good life in CA, and playing a little golf myself.

It was a pain making that mail run every day in the winter but that job had it's perks.
I never had to pull duty the entire three years I was there. No one else could do my job so I was exempt from duty. I was left alone for the most part. Once a year the army would send postal inspectors and the rest of the year I was left alone. It was a good job.

Great Site - I was a 05c/31c & was stationed in Burem from
84-85. Such fun times (Way to much partying at Old Germany.
Is that place still there? Any one have info on Greg Muzzy,
Kurt Kimble, Mike Slater, Michelle Guy, Rafael Bonan-Diaz
or Barry Kessler? It would be so cool to get back to Germany
some day. Also does anyone have any info on some of the locals
around that time - Manwella, Maria or Clause Straub? Good
Friends.

James Philbrick, please let me know. I ran into SPC Paulette Parker a few years back, but unfortunately,
did not keep in touch. Best time I ever had was at the Stockerbush! Thanks for the memories :-)

I was stationed at the Bush 1983-1986. Hi to Celeste.
I ran into MSG Cheeks at Eustis.
Couldn't believe it after 23 years. He still looks the same.
Hi to SGT Olenski, who was my neighbor in Wunnenburg.
Can't believe I'm still in after all this time, but I had
a 7 year break and am now trying to finish what I started

following people:

Sergeants Wallaces (Chink and Max)
